Refund, Return and/or Exchange Policy

If you are encounter issues with your package, our Return and Exchange Policy applies in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We offer refunds, returns, or exchanges within seven (7) days from the date you receive your order. Requests made beyond this seven-day period will no longer be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange of any kind.
All requests are subject to review and approval in accordance with the Jetbest Animal Nutrition and Health Care Inc. Official E-Store Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
I. Eligibility for Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt, video while opening the package, and/or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted or on sale items cannot be refunded, returned, and/or exchanged.
II. Refund, Return, and/or Exchanges Reasons
Please take note of the following valid reasons for return and exchange requests:
- Item received is damaged
- Received wrong item
- Item received is expired
Please take note of the following valid reasons for refund requests:
- If your order is tagged as delivered but you didn’t receive the product from the courier.
- If the package delivered is incomplete or there is a missing item.
 III. Returns and Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our handling, not if the damage is caused by the courier or consumer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. and send your item to Jetbest Animal Nutrition Center, C.M Recto Avenue, Lipa City, Batangas 4217
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
If you are approved, then your return/exchange will be processed within a certain number of days (depends on the product availability)
- Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or e-wallet again. Then contact your bank or e-wallet company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Return/Exchange Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to Jetbest Animal Nutrition Center, C.M Recto Avenue, Lipa City, Batangas 4217.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
